Olympic Opportunities

The project is delivering outreach and engagement aimed at specific neighbourhoods in 4 boroughs (Hackney, Tower Hamlets, Newham and Waltham Forest). The project is working with young people between the ages of 10-19 year and is engaging them with early evening and holiday (Olympic focused) multi-sports sessions. The holiday periods in particular will focus on delivering tournaments and competitions bringing together young people from all from four boroughs. The project also aims to work with participants in improving their skills and will identify local community groups to up skill their staff with accredited and unaccredited qualifications.
