Look Ahead Housing & Care

This project will encourage 150 Look Ahead customers with mental health needs in Greenwich, Tower Hamlets and Hackney who are considered hard-to-reach and socially isolated into the spirit of the 2012 Olympics and Paralympic Games, by introducing individuals to the benefits of physical activity, diet and nutrition upon mental and physical health levels we will support individuals to kickstart and sustain healthier lifestyles which will improve the longer term physical health of individuals who typically experience poorer health outcomes.
