deafPLUS works with people who are deaf or hard of hearing in Tower Hamlets and Hackney. It is using its grant to run Olympic-themed arts and craft workshops for deaf people, to teach the cultures and values of the games, and the meaning behind the colours, flags and symbols used in the Olympics.
