Wheelpower British Wheelchair Sports Foundation aims to increase the
sporting participation of disabled people by providing sports programmes, events and providing world-leading accessible sports facilities. Wheelpower is using its grants to run sports activities for disabled children living in five of the Olympic Host Boroughs. As well as three day residential sports events, the programme will also host two large-scale sports events, expected to attract 150 children each time.
