SPLASH (South Poplar and Limehouse) supports local residents across five estates in Tower Hamlets, running a wide variety of activities for young people and adults. It is using its Transformers grant to set up Dads’n’Sons and Girls’n’Mums football teams across these estates, building up to a week-long Mini ‘Olympics’, bringing together over 100 people from across the divided Blackwall community.
