Misgav provides sports and leisure activities for disabled young women in Hackney. Misgav is using its grants to a Paralympic style programme of swimming and netball sessions for people with a range of disabilities in Hackney, culminating in a mini Paralympics-inspired event.

The project aims to give participants an opportunity to excel in sports, while improving health and fitness levels among those taking part.
