Connaught Opera

Connaught Opera are a trio of two singers and a pianist which provide free, professional concerts for older people. Connaught Opera is using its Transformers grant to put on 70 concerts by 2012 for elderly residents across the Olympic Host Boroughs, to help them celebrate the Olympics through music and song. The aim is to help older people to feel connected to the events happening on their doorstep through sharing familiar songs and music from the nations that will be competing in the 2012 Games.
